Suggestion Therapy (Clinical Hypnosis)
This therapy is generally ideally suited for simple problems such as smoking cessation, pre-test nerves, relaxation, slimming etc.
In this type of therapy it’s me that does all the talking. After a nice gentle induction (relaxation) I then feed positive suggestions into your subconscious mind. Imagine the subconscious mind being rather like a sponge, it takes in and retains these positive suggestions, acting on them to your best advantage.
A maximum of ONE or TWO sessions is sufficient for the above.
However, it is NOT suitable for people suffering with phobias, anxiety, etc., as the effects for those conditions will be short-lived. In those situations a course of THRIVE and/or Pure Hypnoanalysis is recommended.
