Jill has now lost a further 8lb, bringing her weight down to 13st 4lb. Bearing in mind Jill’s weight at the beginning of July was 20st, she has done incredibly well. Her original goal weight was 13st; she has now reviewed that and strongly believes that she will be able to achieve a new goal weight of 11st. From now on her weight will decrease gradually, probably between 6lb to 8lb per month.
